Year: 2023
Status: Concept design

The 2023 concept for an Alzheimer’s care centre places an elongated building on a sloping site surrounded by greenery. The design connects the building with outdoor spaces, while the regular façade divisions soften its scale. An entrance area with vehicle access and parking is complemented by a quieter garden side.

White façade frames are combined with timber cladding, large windows and recessed balconies. Green roofs and planting around the ground floor connect the building with the surrounding terrain. An enclosed garden with seating provides outdoor space adjoining the ground floor.
