Bedcare — Student Housing

Project team

Location: Olomouc / Ostrava
Client: Bed care s.r.o.
Project phase: Concept design
Year: 2026
Status: Completed

The interiors of Bedcare student housing combine private spaces for rest and study with communal areas for socialising. A light palette, timber elements and blue accents are complemented by black-and-white graphics. Each room combines a bed, a workspace and storage; the shared living area provides seating and a dining table.

The project comprises three standard apartment types: Brněnská, Lazecká and Pionýrská. Each layout develops a shared approach to student housing, with space for rest, study and everyday life together. Axonometric views in the gallery show the room layouts and furnishings of each type. Our work ended with the concept design; we did not prepare subsequent documentation stages. The apartments were subsequently completed.
