Na Spravedlnosti Housing

Pardubice

Project team

AJAdam Jarolímek

Location: Pardubice
Client: IMOS development
Project phase: Project permit design
Year: 2026
Status: Design

Na Spravedlnosti in Pardubice is designed as a residential development within the urban fabric. Shared outdoor spaces and greenery complement the buildings and connect the scale of each apartment building with that of the wider neighbourhood.

Articulated volumes, balconies and recessed upper floors distinguish the individual parts of the development. Green roofs and planting develop the relationship between the buildings and their outdoor setting. The project is being developed at the project permit design stage.
