The concept for the apartment buildings in Píšťovy is based on a human scale and a legible structure of streets, green courtyards and private front gardens. A main axis connects the development to the park; individual buildings are articulated into smaller volumes with varying heights and façade materials.

Projecting balconies and loggias form a second layer to the façade and a transition between the homes and outdoor space. Setback upper floors provide roof terraces. A link between two buildings frames a view into the green courtyard while maintaining a passage at ground level.
