Fučíkova Apartment Building, Hradec Králové

Project team

Location: Hradec Králové
Client: Petr Buršík
Project phase: Concept design
Year: 2026
Status: Concept design

The concept proposes demolishing the existing house and replacing it with a small apartment building on Fučíkova Street in Hradec Králové. The new building occupies a corner plot in a residential neighbourhood, combining urban living with outdoor spaces and a garden.

Brick cladding and light rendered surfaces, complemented by dark window frames, define the building's character. Horizontal balcony lines and light-coloured framing at the corner articulate the façades and emphasise their depth. Ground-floor spaces open onto small gardens, while planting covers the flat roofs. The design also includes landscaping, boundary fencing and parking within the site.
