Janský potok II is an apartment guesthouse on Černohorská Street in the centre of Janské Lázně. Set into a sloping site, the new building combines accommodation on its upper floors with a café and supporting facilities at ground level. Large glazed openings connect the café to the street and contribute to the public life of the spa town.

The building is composed of several offset volumes. Light-coloured render is complemented by timber cladding on the upper floor, relating the architecture to its mountain setting. Recessed façades, loggias and a covered ground-floor frontage create transitions between indoors and outdoors. Changes in height and roof form respond to the sloping street and the different views of the building.

The accommodation consists of apartments with their own kitchen facilities. Shared spaces include a playroom and conference room, supported by storage for winter and summer sports equipment. The café interior features a distinctive red counter, timber surfaces and continuous glazing towards the street.
