Za Terronicem comprises two apartment buildings, A and B, in the Třebeš district of Hradec Králové. The development provides 72 starter apartments in a quiet neighbourhood with local amenities and convenient connections to the city centre. The city of Hradec Králové used the development to provide housing for young residents.

The architectural design was developed by Karel Albrecht and Pavel Doležal, with HPDK as the project designer. STAKO built the development between 2008 and 2010.
