Renault Auto Kout, Brandýs nad Labem

Brandýs nad Labem

Project team

MBMarek Beneš

Location: Brandýs nad Labem
Client: Auto Kout
Project phase: Detailed construction design
Year: 2016
Status: Completed

The redevelopment of the Renault dealership in Brandýs nad Labem combines an interior refurbishment with an additional floor above the original showroom. A central staircase in the gallery space connects the compact rectangular volume to the sales floor.

The open layout preserves the airy character of the interior. Unifying the north façade and moving the entrance to its centre makes the visitor approach clearer and strengthens the building's overall composition.
