Na Plachtě Residences continues the neighbouring Plachta–sever residential development. Located close to a protected natural area, the neighbourhood consists of 21 buildings with approximately 400 apartments.

The apartment mix ranges from studios to three-bedroom homes with open-plan kitchen areas, with one-bedroom apartments predominating. The scale and location of the development combine urban living with easy access to nature.
