Status: Detailed construction design in progress

The urban planning study for a residential development in the S. K. Neumanna area of Pardubice explores the arrangement of buildings and their relationship with public space. The proposal combines apartment buildings of different scales, from larger groups with open courtyards to smaller freestanding buildings. A network of streets and pedestrian paths connects the different parts of the neighbourhood.

The concept includes shared green spaces, tree-lined streets and water features. Planting extends between buildings and along streets, complementing places for meeting, relaxation and play. Loosely arranged smaller buildings alternate with more compact development to create a varied residential setting.
